We, The Chalkboard Agency are proud to introduce you to something we’ve been building with heart and intention for over a year: The Story Exchange — a digital platform providing powerful, short-form educational videos for the classroom that bring real stories to life for students.

Why We Started This Work

We believe stories have the power to inspire and build meaningful connections that change lives. For years, we’ve spoken in classrooms, assemblies, and conferences — sharing our experiences to help students feel seen, heard, and understood. But we knew that not every school has the resources to bring in speakers. That’s why we created a better way.

At The Chalkboard Agency, our mission is to put dozens of unique voices in front of students year-round through our growing video library for teachers. These are stories told by real people from different backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences — reflecting both the familiar and the unfamiliar. Our goal is to make students more resilient and engaged with one another.

And we know educators are busy. So we made sure every video is:

I came across this and I think it would be a great resource for our school. For less cost than bringing in a speaker, we will have access to dozens of speakers with this video library, and each one has built in curriculum questions so it is ready to go and easy for everyone to use.
