r middle school and high school educators, the most successful pilots are the ones that fit into the natural rhythm of the school day—advisory periods, homeroom, or those short windows of time before the bell when teachers want to do something meaningful but manageable.

One of the absolute best parts of my job is I get to work in schools all over the country, some times the world. To walk halls and talk with everyone from Admin to custodial staff, from students to teachers, I’m always left inspired. There are some differences based on regions, or funding yet they are remarkably the same, humans coming together to foster education and support the next generation. It’s the best.
